This coffee is 100% KONA EXTRA FANCY. We have spent a few days roasting at different levels to perfect it and a medium roast is where it tastes best. The medium level keeps the individual nuances and flavors that make Kona coffee so special.
Speaking of flavors, this coffee is a flavor bomb. It is thick, delicate and balanced. It has a nutty, sweet cup profile, think dark chocolate, hazelnut, and almond. On the finish I get brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
This Kona coffee is classically balanced with subtle winey tones and buttery qualities. It is intensely aromatic and has an amazing after taste and finish.
